煤矸石用于瓷砖胶对其性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 将瓷砖胶基础配方中的砂石换成破碎后的细粒级煤矸石,进而调制成一种以煤矸石为原料且黏结强度能达到C1级的新型瓷砖胶。探究结果表明:煤矸石能替代砂石用于瓷砖胶制备,瓷砖胶黏结强度与煤矸石用量及颗粒大小、煤矸石是否煅烧、胶粉用量、添加剂用量,特种砂浆外加剂用量以及养护时间有关。当选用20目颗粒大小的煤矸石(未煅烧)占配方质量的70%,水泥占比为30%,纤维素醚占比为0.25%,甲酸钙占比0.25%,聚乙烯醇占比0.1%,胶粉占比2.0%为原料制备的瓷砖胶样品,在标准养护条件下,养护14 d后,其黏结强度在0.85MPa左右,达到了瓷砖胶C1级强度标准(大于0.5 MPa)。在此基础上再添加特种砂浆外加剂0.1%,其黏结强度能达到1.12 MPa左右,甚至超过了瓷砖胶C2级强度标准(大于1.0 MPa)。 In this paper,the sand and stone in the basic formula of ceramic tile glue are replaced with crushed fine-grained coal gangue,and then a new type of ceramic tile glue with coal gangue as raw material and the bond strength can reach C1 level is made.The results show that coal gangue can be used instead of sand in the preparation of ceramic tile glue,and the adhesive strength of ceramic tile is related to the amount of coal gangue and particle size,whether coal gangue is calcination,the amount of rubber powder,the amount of additives,the amount of special mortar admixture and curing time.The ceramic tile glue sample was prepared with 20 mesh particle size coal gangue(not calcined)accounting for 70%of the formula quality,cement accounting for 30%,cellulose ether accounting for 0.25%,calcium formate accounting for 0.25%,polyvinyl alcohol accounting for 0.1%,rubber powder accounting for 2.0%as raw materials.Under standard curing conditions,after curing for 14 days,Its bond strength is about o.85 MPa,reaching the strength standard of ceramic tile glue Ci(greater than 0.5 MPa).On this basis,with the addition of special mortar admixture 0.1%,the bond strength can reach about 1.12 MPa,even exceeding the C2 level strength standard of ceramic tile glue(greater than 1.0 MPa).
