摘要
采用紫砂土、滑石、紫木节等为主要原料,利用单因素实验法探讨了配方组成对低膨胀紫砂的抗折强度、热膨胀系数和吸水率的影响,获得了热膨胀系数低、吸水率较低、抗折强度高的低膨胀紫砂。研究结果表明:当紫砂土44%,锂辉石38%,滑石10%,紫木节8%时,所制备紫砂的热膨胀系数为2.538×10^(-6)℃^(-1),吸水率为0.44%,抗折强度为69.3 MPa。通过XRD和SEM分析,胎体中生成了低膨胀物相堇青石和β-锂辉石固熔体,其中晶体形貌为棒状,呈现交叉网络结构赋予了其优良的低膨胀性和力学强度。
In this paper,raw material such as purple clay,calcined talc,spodumene and clay were used.Effects on the flexural strength,the thermal expansion coefficient and the water absorption of the samples were studied by single factor method.The low expansion and heat-resistant purple clay were prepared.The results show that when purple clay is 44%,spodumene is 38%,talc is 10%,knar is 8%,purple clay green body of high performance,i.e.themal expansion coefficient of 2.538×10^(-6)℃^(-1),the bibulous rateof 0.44%and the flexural strength is 69.3 MPa.XRD patterns and SEM images showed that there are low expansion cordieriteits and the solid solution of spodumene and quartz in the fired bodywhich exhibits net-cross rods and thus endows the samples with superior low-expansion and mechanics properties.
