任务复杂性情境下企业网络结构嵌入的动机研究

The Motivation of Embedding nterprise Network Structure in the Context of Task Complexity

本文运用探索性多案例研究方法,探讨任务复杂性情境下企业网络结构嵌入的动机。研究表明,任务复杂性是企业网络结构嵌入的诱因,能够加剧企业网络结构嵌入的目的性动机,诱发企业网络结构嵌入的偶发性动机。企业网络结构嵌入的目的性动机是企业的需求,表现为企业对“稳定”的需求、对“发展”的需求和对“机会”的需求。其中,企业对“机会”的需求可以通过共享信息和关系来积攒社会资源,为企业以后可能形成的合作提供机会,继而转变为企业网络结构嵌入的偶发性动机。企业网络结构嵌入的偶发性动机主要表现为企业在目前所处的社会网络中的位置和声誉。偶发性动机不仅可以使企业成为具有吸引力的潜在合作伙伴,还能够在企业具有目的性动机时,为企业提供网络结构嵌入的机会。

The motivation of embedding enterprise network structure under task complexity is discussed by using exploratory multi-case study.This research shows that the task complexity is the inducement of the enterprise network structure embedding,which can aggravate the purpose motivation of the enterprise network structure embedding and induce the occasional motivation of the enterprise network structure embedding.The purpose motivation of enterprise network structure embedding is the demand of the enterprise,which is mainly realized as the demand of the enterprise for"stability",the demand for"development"and the demand for"opportunity",the last demand accumulates social resources through sharing information and relationships to provide opportunities for future cooperation that enterprises may form,and then turns into occasional motives for embedding enterprise network structures.The occasional motivation of the enterprise network structure embedding is mainly represented by the position and reputation of the enterprise in the current social network,which can not only make the enterprise an attractive potential partner,but also provide the enterprise with the opportunity to embed the network structure when the enterprise has a purpose motivation.
