摘要
使用2009—2020年地级市面板数据,构建静态空间杜宾模型和动态空间杜宾模型,考察高新技术产业集聚对经济韧性影响的空间溢出效应、长短期效应差别以及市场化水平作用。结果表明:高新技术产业集聚与经济韧性之间具有显著“U”型影响关系。高新技术产业集聚、经济韧性均存在显著正向空间自相关;当前高新技术产业集聚尚处于初期阶段,其对经济韧性的影响存在显著负向空间溢出效应;高新技术产业集聚对经济韧性的空间溢出效应以短期效应为主;高新技术产业集聚与市场化水平的交互项并不显著。对此,应推动区域集中布局,实现高新技术企业错位发展;破除体制机制障碍,改善跨区域负向空间溢出格局;发挥市场主导作用,降低高新技术产业集聚负向影响。
This paper uses the panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2009-2020 to construct a static space Durbin model and a dynamic space Durbin model to investigate the spatial spillover effect of high-tech industry agglomeration on economic resilience,differences in long-term and short-term effects,and the effect of marketization levels.The results show that there is a significant U-shaped relationship between high-tech industry cluster and economic resilience.High-tech industry agglomeration and economic resilience have significant positive spatial autocorrelation,the current high-tech industry agglomeration is still in its early stage,and its impact on economic resilience has a significant negative spatial spillover effect,the spatial spillover effect of high-tech industry is mainly short-term effect,the interaction term between high-tech industry agglomeration and marketization level is not significant.In this regard,it is necessary to promote the centralized layout of regions to realize the dislocation development of high-tech enterprises,break down the obstacles of the system and mechanism to improve the cross-regional negative spatial spillover pattern,give play to the leading role of the market to reduce the negative impact of high-tech industry agglomeration.
