摘要
研究基于资源基础理论,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探讨了项目实施组织的技术资源、市场基础资产、客户资源、项目经验与政策感知能力的组合对数字创新项目韧性的影响,最终识别了数字创新项目产生高韧性的3种资源基础组态。研究发现有助于拓展项目韧性的相关研究,对数字创新项目变更管理实践也具有积极的启示意义。
Based on the resource-based theory and using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,this paper discusses the influence of the combination of technical resources,market-based assets,customer resources,project experience and policy perception ability of project implementation organizations on the resilience of digital innovation projects,and finally identifies three resource-based configurations that generate high resilience of digital innovation projects.The findings are helpful to expand the research on project resilience and have positive implications for the practice of change management in digital innovation projects.
