基于《黄帝内经》探析针刺治疗热病

Analysis of Acupuncture for Treating Fever Based on Huangdi’s Internal Classics

中医热病是临床多发疾病,相当于西医急性传染病,西医以抗菌、抗病毒和解热镇痛等药物对症治疗,降热快,但停药后病情易反复且大量服用药物具有一定副反应。针刺治疗具有疗效快,治疗范围广和副反应小等优势,临床针刺治疗热病时以经验取穴为主,缺乏系统理论指导。故基于《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)梳理针刺治疗热病相关原文,从热病病因病机、辨证、针刺治疗和针刺禁忌四方面进行理论论述,为临床针刺诊疗热病提供相关理论依据。

Fever in Traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical multiple disease,equivalent to acute infectious disease in western medicine,western medicine with antibacterial,antiviral and antipyretic analgesic drugs symptomatic treatment,reducing heat quickly,but after drug withdrawal,the condition is easy to repeat and a large number of drugs have certain side effects.Acupuncture treatment of diseases has the advantages of quick curative effect,wide treatment range and small side effects.Clinical acupuncture treatment of fever is mainly based on experience,lack of systematic theoretical guidance.Therefore,based on the Huangdi’s Internal Classics,the relevant texts of acupuncture treatment for fever were analyzed and discussed theoretically from four aspects of the etiology and pathogenesis of fever,syndrome differentiation,acupuncture treatment and acupuncture contraindication,so as to provide relevant theoretical basis for clinical acupuncture treatment and treatment of fever.
