基于“三焦络-玄府-微环境”论肿瘤转移病机及证治

Discussion on Pathogenesis and Treatment of Tumor Metastasis Based on“Three Warmer Collaterals-Xuanfu-Microenvironment”

文章通过研究“络脉-玄府”致病,提出新概念“三焦络”,结合现代肿瘤微环境的理论,初步提出癌毒损“三焦络-玄府”,认为肿瘤可能是通过“三焦络-玄府”来进行种植、发病、扩散、转移的,并立“通利三焦,开通玄府,通络解毒”法论治肿瘤,在进一步完善络脉理论的同时,为临床治疗肿瘤提供一种新的治疗思路。

By studying the pathogenicity of“Collaterals-Xuanfu”,a new concept of“Triple Warmer Collaterals”is proposed in this paper.It is believed that the tumor may be planted,infected,diffused and transferred by“Three Warmer Collaterals-Xuanfu”.The method of“Through the Triple Warmer,Opening Xuanfu,Poking Collaterals and Detoxification”is established to treat tumor,which not only improves the collateral theory,but also provides a new treatment idea for clinical treatment of tumor.
