救绝止喘汤加味联合小青龙汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者SAA、SIRT1、MSP水平的影响

Effect of Modified Jiujue Zhichuan Decoction Combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on SAA,SIRT1 and MSP Levels for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:研究救绝止喘汤加味联合小青龙汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1(SIRT1)、巨噬细胞刺激蛋白(MSP)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年6月至2020年11月在我院就诊的COPD患者154例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和小青龙汤组,各77例,两组患者均治疗3月。小青龙汤组使用小青龙汤对患者进行治疗,联合组在小青龙汤组基础上增加救绝止喘汤加味治疗,检测患者治疗前、治疗1月后、治疗3月后SAA、SIRT1、MSP水平及炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血浆降钙素原(PCT)],检测患者肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FVC/FEV_(1)],评定患者中医证候评分,统计治疗效果。结果:2组患者治疗1月后、治疗3月后SAA、MSP、TNF-α、PCT水平及胸闷、气短、咯痰、咳嗽评分均低于治疗前,SIRT1、FVC、FEV_(1)、FVC/FEV_(1)水平高于治疗前;与小青龙汤组相比,联合组治疗后SAA、MSP、TNF-α、PCT水平及胸闷、气短、咯痰、咳嗽评分均降低,SIRT1、FVC、FEV_(1)、FVC/FEV_(1)水平及治疗3月后总有效率均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:救绝止喘汤加味联合小青龙汤可改善COPD患者SAA、SIRT1、MSP水平,提高患者抗炎功能及抗氧化应激水平,临床疗效较好。

Objective:Effect of Modified Jiujue Zichuan Decoction Combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on serum levels of amyloid A(SAA),SIRT1 and macrophage stimulating protein(MSP)for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:154 patients with COPD in our hospital from June 2,016 to November 2,020 were selected and randomly divided into a combined group and a Xiaoqinglong Decoction group with 77 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The Xiaoqinglong Decoction group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction,and the combined group was treated with Modified Jiujue Zhichuan Decoction on the basis of the Xiaoqinglong Decoction group.The levels of SAA,SIRT1,MSP,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),plasma procalcitonin(PCT)]and pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))were detected before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment forced vital capacity(FVC)and FVC/FEV_(1)]were used to evaluate the TCM syndrome score of the patients,and the treatment effect was counted.Results:The SAA,MSP,TNF-α,PCT of SAA,MSP,TNF-α,PCT,chest tightness,shortness of breath,sputum and cough were lower than those before treatment,and the SIRT1,FVC,FEV_(1),FVC/FEV_(1)level was higher than that before treatment.Compared with the Xiao Qinglong Decoction group,the SAA,MSP,TNF-α,PCT level and chest tightness,shortness of breath,sputum and cough score were lower,and the SIRT1,FVC,FVC,FEV_(1),FVC/FEV_(1)level and total efficiency were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Modified Jiujue Zichuan Decoction Combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction can improve the SAA,SIRT1,MSP level of COPD patients,improve the anti-inflammatory function and anti-oxidation stress level,and the clinical effect is good.
