雷火灸针联合小青龙汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Applying Thunder Fire Moxibustion Needle Combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the Treatment of Children with Allergic Rhinitis and Its Influence on Immune Function

目的:雷火灸针联合小青龙汤对过敏性鼻炎患儿(allergic rhinitis,AR)的治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法:本文选取2019年5月~2020年5月在我院就诊的AR患儿152例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各76例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予小青龙汤中药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予雷火灸针进行治疗。用酶联免疫法检测白细胞介素4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(interleukin-12,IL-12)、免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平,统计两组患儿流鼻涕、鼻塞的症状,采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quali-ty of life,WHOQOL-BREF)生活量表从生理健康、心理状态角度对患者生活质量评估,统计两组患者治疗效果。结果:与两组治疗前相比,两组患儿治疗后血清IL-4、IgE水平低于治疗前,IL-12、IFN-γ水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患儿治疗后临床症状恢复情况降低,且观察组治疗后临床症状恢复情况低于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组治疗后生理健康、心理健康评分高于治疗前;且观察组治疗后生理健康、心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸针联合小青龙汤对AR患儿的治疗效果显著,能够明显改善AR患儿的临床症状,提高治疗有效率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:The therapeutic effect of thunder fire moxibustion needle combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating children with allergic rhinitis(AR)and its influence on immune function.Methods:From May 2,019 to may 2,020,152 children with AR in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:a controlled group and a combined group,76 cases each.The controlled group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on the basis of routine treatment,and the combined group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion needle on the basis of the controlled group.The levels of IL-4 and IL-12 were detected by ELISA.The level of IL-12,IgE and IFN-γwere measured.The symptoms of runny nose and stuffy nose were analyzed.The World Health Organization Quality of Life was used,WHOQOL-BREF life scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients from the perspective of physical health and mental state,and the treatment effect of the two groups was counted.Results:Compared with the two groups before treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and IgE in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γwere higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the recovery of clinical symptoms in the two groups after treatment decreased,and the recovery of clinical symptoms in the combined group after treatment was lower than that in the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical and mental health in the controlled group and the combination group after treatment were higher than that before treatment,and the scores of physical and mental health in the combination group after treatment were higher than that in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the controlled group,the effective rate of the combination group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion needle combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect for children with AR,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with AR,improve the therapeutic efficiency,and is worthy of clinical application.
