“互联网+”慢性阻塞性肺疾病全程管理模式的研究进展

Research progress of “internet+” whole-course management mode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种患病基数庞大但可防、可治的慢性疾病,故而寻找行之有效的管理模式是COPD综合防治的基础。全程管理模式因其延续性、广泛性、经济性而突破了传统管理模式的桎梏,成为提升患者治疗依从性和医疗服务连续性的关键,互联网的运用更是成为其进一步展开的重要助力。本文介绍了“互联网+”COPD全程管理模式的特点,并对其必要性进行分析,重点从诊前、诊中、诊后阐述了该模式的研究现状,以期为COPD的管理及相关研究提供新的思路和参考经验。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a chronic disease with a large number of diseases but can be prevented and treated.Therefore,seeking effective management mode is the basis of comprehensive prevention and treatment of COPD.The whole-course management mode breaks through the shackles of traditional management mode because of its continuity,universality,and economy,and becomes the key to improve patients’treatment compliance and continuity of medical services.The use of the internet is becoming an important help for its further development.This paper introduces the characteristics of“internet+”COPD whole-course management mode,and analyzes its necessity,the research status of this mode is mainly expounded from before diagnosis,during diagnosis,and after diagnosis,in order to provide new ideas and reference experience for COPD management and related research.
