摘要
一体化的宽带数字T/R组件发射链路的输出信噪比直接影响着信号质量,较低的信噪比将导致信号被接收时出现较高的误码率。通过对T/R组件发射链路各部分电路的噪声分析,总结出了线性链路的信噪比恶化量与噪声系数的关系式,可定量地指导发射链路设计;同时,分析了浅饱和功率放大器的噪声情况,提出了适合T/R组件的数字预失真解决方案,对宽带数字T/R组件的发射链路设计具有一定的指导意义。
The signal quality can be affected by the output signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of the wide-band digital T/R module,a lower SNR will result in a higher bit error rate when the signal is received.Through the noise analysis of each circuit in the transmission link of the T/R module,the relationship between the decrease of the SNR and noise figure can be acquired,which can quantitatively guide the design of the transmission link.In addition,the shallow saturation power amplifier is analyzed,and a digital predistortion solution suitable for T/R module is proposed,which has great significance to the design of wide-band digital T/R module transmission link.
