摘要
成果导向教育(OBE)的本质含义是以学生为中心、以学生的学习成果为出发点的一种教育模式,这种教育模式强调面向学生的未来发展,注重能力培养,以学生获得知识、能力、情感、思想等方面收获为主线,组织、实施、评价教学过程。通过OBE理念引入临床生物化学检验教学中,结合线上线下混合式教学模式,合理地评估学生的个人学习能力,进而合理分配教育资源,为学生量身打造适合自身的学习方法,按照需求设计最优的培养方案、教学结构、教学方式和课程设计来保证学生达到预期目标。
Outcome-based education(OBE)is a student-centered and learning outcomes-initiated education model,which emphasizes the future development of students,focuses on competence development,and organizes,implements,and assesses the teaching and learning process with the main line of knowledge,skill,emotion,and thought mastered by students.By introducing the OBE concept into the teaching of clinical biochemistry test and combining the online-offline hybrid teaching mode,reasonable evaluation of individual learning ability can be made,then reasonable allocation of educational resources can be achieved.Furthermore,this new teaching mode is helpful to design suitable learning methods,and optimal training program,teaching structure,teaching methods and curriculum composition based on the students’needs,so as to ensure that students can achieve the expected goals.
