儿童保健工作中应用系统化心理干预的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of systematic psychological intervention in child health care

目的探讨系统化心理干预应用在儿童保健工作中的价值。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月于湖南航天医院健康管理部接收的健康儿童中选取66例参与研究,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组予以传统干预,观察组予以系统化心理干预。比较两组干预前后心理健康状况评分和各能区发育商以及行为问题发生率等指标。结果干预后观察组儿童心理健康状态评分包括学习、品行、冲动-多动、心身、焦虑、多动指数均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组各能区发育商包括认知、社交、精细运动、大运动、语言均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠质量得分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组儿童行为问题发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童保健工作中全面开展系统化心理干预,更加重视儿童的心理状态,能为儿童健康成长、发育起促进作用,干预效果较为理想,值得临床推广借鉴。

Objective To investigate the value of systematic psychological intervention in child health care.Methods A total of 66 healthy children admitted to the Department of Health Management of Hunan Aerospace Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(n=33)and an observation group(n=33)according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional intervention,while the observation group was given systematic psychological intervention.The mental health status scores,developmental quotient of each functional area and the incidence of behavioral problems before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of mental health including learning,conduct,impulsivity-hyperactivity,psychosomatic,anxiety,and hyperactivity indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the developmental quotient of each functional area including cognition,socialization,fine motor,gross motor,and language was higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep efficiency,sleep time and sleep quality scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of behavior problems in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after the intervention,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic psychological interventions in child health care enable health care providers to pay more attention to children’s mental status and can promote growth and development of children in a healthy way,with satisfactory intervention effec t.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
