AIDET沟通对急性胰腺炎患者疼痛及依从性的影响

Impacts of AIDET communication on pain and compliance of patients with acute pancreatitis

目的观察AIDET沟通对急性胰腺炎患者疼痛及依从性的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年12月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院消化内科收治的急性胰腺炎患者78例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。住院期间,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取基于AIDET沟通的护理模式干预,记录两组患者干预前后疼痛评分、临床症状改善时间、焦虑抑郁评分及治疗依从性。结果治疗后,观察组患者疼痛评分、疼痛累计时间、临床症状改善时间、焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用AIDET沟通的护理干预对缓解急性胰腺炎患者疼痛、提高依从性有明显效果。

Objective To observe the impacts of AIDET communication on pain and compliance of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to and treated in Department of Gastroenterology of the Third People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to December 2021 were screened and divided into the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=39)according to the random number table method.During hospitalization,the control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with nursing mode intervention based on AIDET communication on the basis of conventional nursing.The pain score,clinical symptom improvement time,anxiety and depression score and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients were recorded before and after intervention.Results After treatment,the pain score,cumulative pain time,clinical symptom improvement time,and anxiety and depression score of patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of AIDET communication in nursing intervention has obvious efficacy on alleviating pain and improving compliance of patients with acute pancreatitis.
