低年资护士护理缺失、人文关怀能力与职业倦怠的相关性 被引量:4

The correlation between nursing deficiency, humanistic care ability and job burnout of junior nurses

摘要 目的探讨低年资护士护理缺失、人文关怀能力与职业倦怠之间的关系,为临床护理管理者提出有针对性的管理措施,减少护理缺陷的发生提供依据。方法2022年3月,应用一般资料问卷、护理缺失量表、护理服务人文关怀能力量表、护士工作倦怠量表对牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院253名低年资护士进行调查。结果护理服务人文关怀评估能力、护士工作倦怠和护理缺失量表总分分别为(200.84±25.43)、(73.87±12.85)和(137.98±17.71)分。护理服务人文关怀能力和工作倦怠都与护理缺失相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,勇气、耐心、情绪耗竭和个人成就是影响低年资护士护理工作缺失的主要因素。结论护理管理者应加强对低年资护士的关心和教育,提高其人文关怀能力,缓解工作倦怠,减少护理缺陷的发生。 Objective To explore the relationship between nursing deficiency,humanistic care ability and job burnout of junior nurses,and provide basis for clinical nursing managers to put forward targeted management measures to reduce the occurrence of nursing defects.Methods In March 2022,253 junior nurses in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College were investigated with the general data questionnaire,the nursing deficiency scale,the nursing service humanity and care evaluation ability scale,and the nurse job burnout scale.Results The total scores of nursing service humanistic and caring assessment ability,nur ses’job bur nout and nur sing deficiency s cale were(200.84±25.43),(73.87±12.85)and(137.98±17.71)respectively.The ability of humanistic and caring assessment of nursing service and job burnout were related to the nursing deficiency(P<0.05).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that courage,patience,emotional exhaustion and personal achievement were the main factors affecting the lack of nursing work of junior nurses.Conclusion Nursing managers should strengthen the care and education of junior nurses,improve their humanistic care ability,alleviate job burnout and reduce the occurrence of nursing defects.
