摘要
目的了解实习护生人文关怀能力和实习护生感知带教老师关怀行为现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法于2021年8—9月,采用人文关怀能力评价量表、感知带教老师关怀行为量表对湖南师范大学附属第一医院347名护生进行调查。结果人文关怀能力评价量表总均分为(158.24±32.82)分,感知带教老师关怀行为量表的总均分为(3.18±0.60)分,护生感知教师关怀行为得分与人文关怀能力得分呈正相关(r=0.341,P<0.05)。结论实习护生感知带教老师关怀行为对人文关怀能力具有正向作用,护理带教老师应加强对护生的关心与爱护,建立良好的师生关系,让实习护生感知到带教老师的关怀,有助于提高护生的人文关怀能力。
Objective To explore the current situation of humanistic caring ability and perceived teachers’caring behavior of intern nursing students,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods A total of 347 intern nursing students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University were investigated from August to September 2021,by using the perceived teachers’caring behavior(PTCB)scale and the humanistic caring ability inventory(CAI)scale.Results The total mean score of PTCB scale was(3.18±0.60),and the total score of CAI scale was(158.24±32.82).There was a positive correlation between PTCB scale score and CAI scale score of nursing students(r=0.341,P<0.05).Conclusion The PTCB has a positive effect on the humanistic caring ability of intern nursing students.Therefore,nursing teachers should strengthen their care and love for their students,establish a good relationship with students,and let students feel the caring behavior,so as to improve the humanistic caring ability of students.
