卵巢妊娠术前超声诊断1例

A case of ovarian pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasonography before operation

卵巢妊娠是一种特殊类型的异位妊娠,指受精卵在卵巢组织内种植、生长和发育。妊娠组织侵蚀卵巢血管,早期即可导致腹腔内大出血,危险性较大。卵巢妊娠早期临床症状缺乏特异性,发生率也较低,易被漏诊或误诊。本文通过分析1例卵巢妊娠术前超声表现,以期发现一些特征性影像学规律,提高术前诊断率。

Ovarian pregnancy is a special type of ectopic pregnancy,which refers to the implantation,growth and development of fertilized eggs in ovarian tissue.The pregnant tissue erodes the ovarian blood vessels,which can lead to massive abdominal hemorrhage in the early stage.The clinical symptoms of early ovarian pregnancy are lack of specificity,the incidence is low,and it is easy to be missed or misdiagnosed.In this paper,we analyzed the ultrasound findings of a case of ovarian pregnancy before operation in order to find some characteristic imaging rules and improve the preoperative diagn osis rate.
