1940年中国营造学社“水残文件”抢救保护《工作日记》记略

Brief on the Work Diary about the Rescue and Protection for the Soaked Documents of the Society for Research in Chinese Architecture in 1940

中国文化遗产研究院藏档案文件中有一批抗战时期寄存于天津麦加利银行被大水浸淹的中国营造学社重要图文资料,其中有一份《工作日记》,主要记录了1939年12月29日至1940年3月31日期间参与修复“水残文件”的工作人员及其工作内容、方法和工作量,同时作为当时发放劳动报酬的查照依据。《工作日记》中还有朱启钤察视修复情况的7次记录,反映了朱启钤对抢救保护这批凝聚着学社成员数年心血而积累起来的学术资料的急迫心情和保护行动上的鼎力支持,客观上也大致勾勒出了这次关系到学社文脉存续的抢救保护过程的工作实况。

When organizing the archives in the China Academy of Cultural Heritage recently,the Work Diary from December 29,1939 to March 31,1940 was found.It is about the rescue and protection organized by Zhu Qiqian for the important graphic and textual material of the Society for Research in Chinese Architecture,which had been kept in a bank in the British concession in Tianjin but was soaked accidentally.The Work Diary mainly recorded the staff involved in the repair work and their work content,method,and workload.It was used as a basis of labor remuneration,providing an objective overview of the work process of rescue and protection concerning the cultural existence and persistence of the Society for Research in Chinese Architecture.We can see that during the tough time in the War of Resistance,Zhu Qiqian and others had a strong sense of responsibility and urgency to preserve and inherit the culture of the Society for Research in Chinese Architecture,making the utmost effort to support the repair work.
