蓝莲口服液对雏鸡风热感冒的治疗试验

摘要 研究旨在确定蓝莲口服液对风热感冒的治疗效果。试验选择10日龄AA肉鸡采用高于其正常饲养温度4℃60 min,然后低于其正常饲养温度3℃60 min并且送风的方式,交替3次复制鸡风热感冒模型。选取感冒症状明显鸡150只随机分为5组,蓝莲口服液高、中、低剂量组,分别在饮水中按体重0.25、0.5、1 mL/kg添加,连用4 d,同时设立阳性对照组、药物对照组和阴性对照组;观察各组采食饮水、证候评分及体温等指标的变化,评价蓝莲口服液对鸡风热感冒的治疗效果。结果显示,高、中剂量的蓝莲口服液对采食量、饮水量、体温及证候恢复情况显著优于兽药对照组。研究表明蓝莲口服液可从解热等方面缓解模型鸡的感冒症状。 This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of Blue Lotus oral liquid on wind-heat type cold in chicks.A wind-heat type cold model was established in 10-day-old AA broilers by exposing them to a temperature 4℃ higher than their normal rearing temperature for 60 min,followed by a temperature 3℃ lower than their normal rearing temperature for 60 min,and alternating this process 3 times.150 broilers with obvious cold symptoms were randomly divided into 5 groups:high,medium,and low-dose groups of Blue Lotus oral liquid,with 0.25,0.5,and 1 mL/kg added to the drinking water,respectively,for 4 consecutive days.Positive control,drug control,and negative control groups were also set up.The changes in feeding and drinking,symptom scores,and body temperature were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Blue Lotus oral liquid on wind-heat type cold in these broilers.The results showed that the high and medium doses of Blue Lotus oral liquid significantly improved the feeding and drinking,body temperature,and symptom recovery,compared with the drug control group.This suggests that Blue Lotus oral liquid can alleviate the symptoms of the model broilers in terms of fever reduction,etc.
