摘要
接纳承诺疗法在慢性病患儿父母中应用越来越多,对提高患儿父母心理灵活性,改善其养育行为有积极效果。本文通过对接纳承诺疗法理论基础、评估工具及干预效果等方面进行综述,旨在加强临床医护人员对患儿父母心理健康、养育行为的关注,为实施慢性病患儿父母接纳承诺疗法的干预提供参考依据。
Acceptance and commitment therapy is increasingly used among parents of children with chronic diseases,which has a positive effect on improving their psychological flexibility and parenting behavior.This article reviews the theoretical basis,assessment tools,and intervention effects of acceptance and commitment therapy,in order to strengthen the attention of clinical medical and nursing staffs on the psychological health and parenting behavior of parents of children with chronic diseases,and provide reference for implementing the intervention based on acceptance-commitment therapy for parents of children with chronic diseases.
