摘要
结合我国煤矿矿井生产规模提高,提升能力加大,提升设备增多的现实背景,介绍了内蒙古葫芦素煤矿主井井塔的结构设计要点,提出了冻融法施工井筒的井塔其桩基设计注意事项,分析了设计过程中对于荷载工况、工况组合的要求及软件计算技巧,总结了双提升机钢筋混凝土井塔结构体系设计、墙体稳定性验算、提升设备基础梁设计、楼板设计、结构共振控制方法。
Combining with the increasing mine production scale,hoisting capacity and hoisting equipment,in China’s coal mines,the key points for structural design of main shaft tower of Hulusu Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia were introduced,the precautions were put forward for the design of the shaft tower and its pile foundation in the freezing-thawing constructed shaft,the requirements for load conditions,combination of working conditions and software calculation skills in the design process were summarized,and the structural system design the wall stability checking calculation,hoisting equipment foundation beam design,floor design,structural resonance control were introduced.
