露天煤矿半固定破碎站移设研究

摘要 为了合理确定胜利西二号露天煤矿3号原煤半固定破碎站移设时间节点及移设步距,基于露天开采原理,依据该矿采区转向方式,编制了2023—2027年开采进度计划。通过对各年度采场、排土场工程位置发展情况进行推演,分析确定了3号破碎站合适的移设时间节点及可行的移设路径。依据采剥程序规划,测算了3号原煤破碎站不同移设步距时,开采块段内原煤资源量、原煤汽车运距、胶带运距、破碎站服务年限等指标。结合移设费用补偿法、加权成本最小法确定了3号破碎站经济合理移设步距。结果表明:3号破碎站移设时间节点为2026年4月份前,移设路径为沿采场东帮胶带运输系统布置方向进行回撤,移设距离为1200 m。此时移设费用得到补偿,加权成本最小,经济效果良好。 In order to determine the relocation time node and relocation spacing of No.3 raw coal semi fixed crushing station in Shengli West No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine,based on the principle of open-pit mining and the turning mode applied in the mining area,the mining schedule from 2023 to 2027 is prepared.Through deducing the development of stope and waste dump engineering positions of each year,the appropriate relocation time node and feasible relocation path of the crushing station are determined.According to the mining and stripping program planning,the raw coal resources in the mining block,the transportation distance of raw coal trucks,the transportation distance of rubber belts,the service life of the crushing station and other indicators are calculated when the crushing station is moved at different intervals.Combining with the compensation method of relocation cost and the weighted cost minimization method,the economic and reasonable relocation spacing of the crushing station is determined.The results show that the recommended relocation time node is before April 2026,and the relocation path is to withdraw along the layout direction of the belt transportation system on the east side of the stope,with the relocation distance of 1200 m.At this time,the relocation cost is compensated,the weighted cost is minimum,and the economic effect is favorable.
