摘要
为有效治理棋盘井煤矿16#煤开采面临的底板奥灰水问题,分析了水害机理,依据区域治理原则,采取地面定向钻进技术对井底车场范围实施超前注浆加固治理。地面定向钻探注浆治理工程施工1个主孔、11个分支孔,注入水泥量为40360 t,治理面积0.18 km^(2),井底车场治理区段奥灰顶部隔水层的隔水强度得到有效提高,治理后井底车场附近16#煤突水系数为0.0272~0.0317 MPa/m,小于0.06 MPa/m的临界值,可实现安全开采。
In order to effectively control the floor Ordovician limestone water hazard faced by the 16#coal seam mining in Qipanjing Coal Mine,the water hazard mechanism was analyzed,and based on the principle of regional governance,surface directional drilling technology was adopted to implement advanced grouting reinforcement treatment for the scope of the shaft bottom.The surface directional drilling and grouting treatment project constructed 1 main hole and 11 branch holes,with a cement injection volume of 40360 t and a treatment area of 0.18 km^(2).The treatment section of the shaft bottom improved the water resistance of the Ordovician limestone top waterproof layer.After the modification,the water inrush coefficient of the 16#coal seam near the shaft bottom lot was 0.0272~0.0317 MPa/m,less than the critical value of 0.06 MPa/m,achieving the goal of safe mining.
