In order to promote the overall digital transformation,improve the quality of financial data and the efficiency of financial operation,empower finance and assist operation and decision-making better,a traditional state-owned coal enterprises is taken as an example to discuss the financial transformation under the mode of the deep integration of business and finance.The emerging problems in the transformation during the integration are discussed,guided by the trend that the new generation information technology is driving the business-finance integration;cloud computing,big data and other technical services are applied to optimize the financial management process,the business mode in the digital economy era is innovated,and the strategic concept and path of enterprise financial management transformation is put forward,thus to realize the business-finance integration,synergy and complementarity of coal enterprises,enhance the value creating capacity of enterprises,and achieve high-quality development of economic entities.
