育麟方治疗女性肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降的临床研究

Clinical study of Yulin Formula in treating diminished ovarian reserve of women with kidney deficiency

目的:观察育麟方治疗女性肾虚型卵巢储备功能下降(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)的临床疗效。方法:选择80例卵巢储备功能下降患者,采用随机数字表法将80例患者分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。对照组给予雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗,试验组给予育麟方中药治疗。观察两组患者中医症状评分(经少腹痛、月经延迟、经色暗或紫)、性激素水平、月经情况以及子宫内膜厚度的变化,并评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组患者治疗总有效率(92.50%)明显高于对照组(67.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者经少腹痛、月经延迟、经色暗或紫等中医症状评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组患者中医症状评分水平改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的雌二醇、孕酮表达水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),黄体生成素促卵泡激素表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),且试验组患者性激素改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的经期天数、月经量和子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05),且试验组患者月经情况和子宫内膜厚度改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:育麟方可有效调节患者月经情况,提高DOR患者卵巢储备功能,改善DOR患者性激素水平,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yulin Formula in treating diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)of women with kidney deficiency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with DOR were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and test group(n=40)by numerical random table method.The control group was treated with estradiol and cyproterone tablets,and the test group was treated with Yulin Formula.TCM symptom scores(oligomenorrhea,abdominal pain,delayed menstruation,dark or purple menstruation),sex hormone levels,menstruation and endometrial thickness of the patients in two groups were ob-served,and clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the test group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(67.50%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as oligomenorrhea,abdominal pain,delayed menstruation,dark or purple menstruation were significantly improved in two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndrome integral level of test group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the expression levels of estradiol and progesterone in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the expression level of LH and FSH was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement of sex hormones in test group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,menstrual duration,menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were significantly improved in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).And the improvement of menstruation and endometrial thickness in test group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yulin Formula can effectively regu-late patients′menstruation,improve the ovarian reserve function of patients with DOR,and improve the level of sex hormones in patients with DOR.The clinical effect is significant.
