红外热成像与糖尿病前期中医证型的关系研究及在疗效评价中的应用

Study on the relationship between infrared thermal imaging and TCM syndrome type of prediabetesand its application in therapeutic effect evaluation

目的:探讨红外热成像技术与糖尿病前期中医证型的关系及在疗效评价中的应用。方法:选取糖尿病前期患者进行辨证论治,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对其进行饮食、运动控制,治疗组联合中药治疗,应用红外热成像仪采集受检者四肢末端、左右肾区、肝区、胃脘区的红外热像值,分析治疗前后各部位红外热像值及中医症状积分变化。结果:糖尿病前期患者四肢末端、左右肾区、胃脘区红外热像值低于正常对照组(P<0.05),肝区红外热像值高于正常对照组(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组上述3个区域红外热像值明显升高,肝区红外热像值明显降低,中医症状积分明显降低(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病前期患者较正常人存在不同红外热像值改变,红外线热成像技术对2型糖尿病的早期筛查具有一定作用。

Objective:To explore the relationship between infrared thermal imaging technology and TCM syndrome type of prediabetes and its application in therapeutic effect evaluation.Methods:Patients with prediabetes were selected for syndrome differentiation and treatment,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Diet and exercise were con-trolled.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Infrared thermal imaging was used to collect the infra-red thermal image values of the extremities,left and right kidney area,liver area and epigastric area of the subjects.The changes of infrared thermal image values in each area and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The infrared thermal image values of the extremities,left and right kidney area and epigastric area of the pre-diabetic patients were lower than those of normal control group(P<0.05),and the infrared thermal image values in the liver area were higher than those of normal control group(P<0.05).After the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the infrared thermal image values of the above three areas in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the infrared ther-mal image values of the liver region were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The TCM symptom score was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are different infrared thermal image values in patients with prediabetes compared with normal people.Infrared thermography technology has a certain role in the early screening of type 2 diabetes.
