在值日生活动中培养幼儿劳动素养的实践研究

一直以来,劳动教育都是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,是幼儿全面发展的关键内容。从大班开展值日生活动的实践经验出发,通过对值日生活动开展过程中帮助幼儿树立正确的劳动价值目标,创设情景性生活环境使幼儿养成良好的劳动习惯,以及在定期的评价、反思过程中不断提高幼儿的劳动能力等进行分析,发现值日生活动作为幼儿劳动教育的一项常规活动,是培养幼儿劳动素养的有效途径,能够促进幼儿全面健康发展。

Labor education has always been an essential component of kindergarten education and a key element of overall development of children.Based on the practical experience of an duty activity carried out in senior grade of kindergarten and analyzing the correct goal of labor value built up in the process of the duty activity,the good labor habit developed by creating situational environments and children s labor ability continuously improved by regular assessment and reflection,this article found that as a routine in labor education of children,duty activity can help cultivate children s labor quality and promote all-round and healthy development of children.
