基于长沙案例的高等教育自学考试供给侧改革策略分析

Analysis on the Supply-Side Reform Strategy of Higher Education Self-Study Examination:Based on Changsha s Investigation

深化供给侧改革是高等教育自学考试实现高质量发展的必由之路。文章以长沙市为例,基于2019年以来自学考试生源状况数据分析,探析自学考试供给侧在专业设置、考试体系、社会助学和制度供给等方面存在的不足及原因,进而从重构符合需求的专业课程体系、完善多维度的评价指标体系、推进自学考试组考方式改革、强化自学考试助学能力建设、构建开放共享网络助学平台、创新制度供给强化规范监管、开辟自学考试虚拟学习校园等方面提出了增强自学考试有效供给、创新供给的策略。

Deepening the supply-side reform is the necessary way to achieve high-quality development of higher education self-study examinations(HESE).Taking Changsha City as an example,based on the data analysis of the examinee since 2019,this study explores the main deficiencies and causes of the HESE supply side in terms of specialty setting,examination system,social assistance and institutional supply.Then,it put forward paths and strategies to enhance the effective supply and innovative supply of HESE from the following aspects:reconstructing the professional course system that meets the needs,improving the multi-dimensional evaluation index system,promoting the reform of HESE group tests,strengthen the assistance capacity,building an open and shared online learning assistance platform,innovating system supply to strengthen supervision,and opening up the virtual learning campus.
