政治品格是政治主体在政治活动中所展现出的相对稳定的道德品质、心理品性与行事风格的综合体现,是政治主体内在动力系统(隐性)与政治形象个体(显性)的统一体。在新时代中国政治话语体系中,“政治品格”一词出现比较频繁,但学界尚未从学理上深入阐释政治品格的基础理论。因此,有必要深入厘清政治品格的概念范畴,深度探究政治品格的基本特征,系统缕析政治品格的主要功能,这是推动政治品格研究纵深发展的逻辑前提,有利于彰显政治品格在政治文明范畴中的独特价值底蕴。

Political character is the comprehensive embodiment of the relatively stable moral quality,psychological character and acting style displayed by the political subject in the political activities,including the internal dynamic system of the political subject,as well as the dominant political image of the political subject.In the political discourse system of China in the new era,the term political character appears frequently,but the academic circle has not yet explained the basic theory of political character in depth.Therefore,it is necessary to clearly define the conceptual category of political character,deeply explore the basic characteristics of political character,and systematically analyze the main functions of political character.This is the logical premise to promote the in-depth development of the study of political character.It is helpful to highlight the unique value of political character in the category of political civilization.
