乡村薄弱学科教师专业发展的社会支持路径——以桂馨基金会对科学教师的支持为例

摘要 随着教育公共治理的深化,社会组织逐渐成为乡村教师专业发展的重要支持。通过文献法和访谈法,基于桂馨基金会对科学教师的支持经验,探讨社会组织对乡村教师专业发展的支持。桂馨基金会通过培训支持、行动支持和激励支持等路径,提升了科学教师的教学、实践和探究能力,并激发其专业发展的自主力。基于桂馨基金会对乡村科学教师支持的经验,社会组织在支持乡村薄弱学科教师专业发展的路径方面,可以进一步深化同领域组织的合作,加强资源支持;吸引学会、协会、专家参与,加强专业支持;增加心理支撑,增强主观支持;建构专业评估体系,提供评估支持;推动政府出台相应法规,加强政策支持。 With the deepening of education public governance,various social organizations gradually become an important support for the professional development of rural teachers.This paper,based on the experience of the Green&Shine Foundation s supports for science teachers,explores the support for rural teachers from social organizations through reading literatures and interviewing.The science teachers abilities to teaching,practicing and researching and self-consciousness of improving professional skills were promoted after the training,practicing and encouragement from the Foundation.From the experience of Green&Shine Foundation in supporting the professional development of rural science teachers,firstly,social organizations should diversify the ways to improve the professional skills and provide more resources for those teachers who is teaching minor subjects.Secondly,they should gather more experts to provide professional and psychological guidance and design a professional evaluate system.Finally,the government should enact policies to protect the minor subjects teachers.
