摘要
自来水厂投加混凝剂受负荷和水质条件等多种因素影响,大部分为经验控制或半自动控制,导致水厂加药自动化程度低且浪费药剂。通过两种混凝剂智能投加系统在水厂中的建设和应用,考察其控制系统建设的难易程度及效果。结果表明,两套系统均较易建立;A系统稳定性差,B系统稳定性较好;A系统使用效果不明显,B系统节约药耗5.68%,浊度降低5.65%;两系统面对超负荷和浊度突然增加时均不能及时做出应对。通过实践,为今后水厂少人化或无人化运行提供参考,也可以为其他进行加药系统优化升级的自来水厂提供借鉴。
The dosing of coagulants in the waterworks is affected by many factors such as load and water quality conditions,most of which are empirical control or semi-automatic control,resulting in low automation of dosing in the waterworks and waste of chemicals.Through the construction and application of two kinds of coagulant intelligent dosing systems in waterworks,the difficulty and effect of the construction of this two systems were able to be evaluated.The results show that both systems are easy to establish;system A has poor stability,while system B has good stability;the using effect of system A is not obvious,and system B saves 5.68%of chemicals consumption and reduces 5.65%of turbidity;both systems cannot respond to overload and sudden increase of turbidity in time.This practice provides reference for the future operation of waterworks with less or no people which has practical application value which can provide experience for other waterworks in upgrading dosing system.
