摘要
针对渗滤液处理系统运行中出现的管式超滤膜产水流量低的问题,究其原因是进水重金属元素含量升高致使污泥中毒,从而导致生化系统崩溃,引起超滤膜堵塞。本文通过超滤膜化学清洗、人工疏通解决膜管堵塞并检验产水量恢复效果,并通过投加足量碳源、增加曝气量的方式改善超滤膜进水情况。本研究对渗滤液处理系统安全、稳定运行具有一定借鉴意义。
In view of the problem of low water flow of tubular ultrafiltration membrane during the operation of leachate treatment system,the reason showed that the content of heavy metal elements in the influent water increases,resulting in sludge poisoning,which leaded to the collapse of biochemical system and the blockage of ultrafiltration membrane.In this paper,ultrafiltration membrane chemical cleaning and manual dredging were used to solve the blockage of the membrane pipe and test the recovery effect of water yield.The water inflow of ultrafiltration membrane was improved by adding sufficient carbon source and increasing aeration.This study is expected to have certain reference significance for the safe and stable operation of leachate treatment system.
