摘要
通过汽车空调与家用空调工作环境、工况条件和寿命要求等的对比,利用钎焊料添加一定量的Cu元素,研发出更加适合家用空调冷凝器用的三层复合材料,同时也延长了家用空调冷凝器的使用寿命。利用金相显微镜、SWAAT盐雾腐蚀试验等测试手段对比研究了4343钎焊料合金不同Cu元素含量时复合翅片的组织及其耐腐蚀性能等。结果表明:钎焊料中添加0.4%左右的Cu,复合翅片及管的耐腐蚀性能均得到提高。
By comparing the working environment,working conditions and life requirements of automobile air conditioner and house⁃hold air conditioner,a three-layer composite material is developed which is more suitable for household air conditioner condenser,and a certain amount of Cu element is added with brazing material to prolong the service life of household air conditioner condenser.The microstructure and corrosion resistance of 4343 brazing alloy with different Cu content were studied by means of metallographic microscope and SWAAT salt spray corrosion test.The results show that the corrosion resistance of composite fin and tube can be im⁃proved by adding about 0.4%Cu content in brazing material.
