摘要
利用超声波探伤可以有效识别组织缺陷,且能锁定缺陷位置,分析缺陷的危害,为缺陷材料的处理提供参考。传统接触式超声手工检测,在大规格铸锭的检测上存在效率低、可靠性差和判伤难等缺点。使用水浸式超声波检测设备对规格为490 mm×1600 mm×5800 mm的5083铝合金铸锭进行检测,从超声波C扫描图谱中发现该铸锭的整体噪声比超过100%。结合剖伤与理化分析确定该铸锭的缺陷类型为晶粒异常粗大,综合评估该超声波探伤结果及应用特点,对该铸锭进行了判废处理,为超声波探伤在检测大规格铝合金显微结构及缺陷中的应用提供了参考。
The application of ultrasonic flaw detection can effectively identify microstructure defects and its location,which is helpful to analyze the harm of defects and provide reference for the treatment of defective materials.The traditional contact ultrasonic manual inspection has the disadvantages of low efficiency,poor reliability and difficult to judge the damage in the inspection of large size in⁃got.In this paper,the specification of 490mm×1600mm×5800 mm 5083 aluminum alloy ingot is tested with the equipment of water immersion ultrasonic,which found the overall noise ratio of the ingot was more than 100%from the C scan map.Combined with dis⁃section analysis and physicochemical analysis,the defect type of the ingot was determined as abnormal coarse grain size.The ingot was discarded by comprehensive assessing of the results and application characteristics of the ultrasonic inspection,which provided a refer⁃ence for the application of ultrasonic inspection in the detection of the microstructure and defects of large aluminum alloy.
