重大公共卫生事件中的舆情应对与舆论引导影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Public Opinion Response and Guidance in Major Public Health Events

重大公共卫生事件爆发后,事件本身夹裹着舆情会在社会层面引发明显的情绪波动,特别是在网络媒体时代,人们对于重大事件的关切程度更甚以往,如何正确地进行舆情应对和舆论引导,维护社会稳定已成为当前公共管理领域的重要工作。本文利用网络分析法(ANP)构建了重大公共卫生事件舆情应对与舆论引导评价体系,并基于该评价体系通过专家调查法在Super Decisions平台分析得出了影响我国重大公共卫生事件舆情应对和舆论引导的关键因素,提出了更为科学的对策建议。

After the outbreak of a major public health event,the event itself involved in public opinion will cause obvious emotional fluctuations at the social level.Especially in the era of network media,people are more concerned about major events than ever before.How to correctly respond to and guide public opinion and maintain social stability has become an important work in the field of public management at present.In this paper,the Analytic Network Process(ANP)was used to construct an evaluation system for public opinion response and guidance of major public health events.Based on the evaluation system,the key factors affecting public opinion response and guidance of major public health events are analyzed through the expert survey on the Super Decisions platform,and the more scientific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the public opinion response and guidance of major public health events.
