摘要 自然杀伤(NK)细胞具有MHCⅠ非依赖性,无需抗原呈递细胞刺激,就能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,在抗肿瘤免疫过程中发挥重要的作用。但NK细胞所处的局部微环境以及细胞间的相互作用影响肿瘤部位NK细胞的增殖、成熟、效应分子分泌和功能。巨噬细胞是肿瘤组织中占比最大的一类细胞群体,巨噬细胞与NK细胞间的相互作用在抗肿瘤免疫中至关重要。本综述详细阐述了肿瘤组织中巨噬细胞对NK细胞的调控作用,以期为重编程巨噬细胞表型恢复NK细胞抗肿瘤免疫能力及开发NK细胞免疫疗法提供更多思路。 Natural killer(NK)cells are MHCⅠindependent and can kill tumor cells directly without antigen-presenting cell stimulation,which plays an important role in the process of antitumor immunity.However,the local microenvironment of NK cells and the interaction between cells affect the proliferation,maturation,effector molecule secretion and function of NK cells in tumor sites.Macrophages are the largest cell population in tumor tissues.The interaction between macrophages and NK cells is very important in antitumor immunity.This review elaborates the regulatory effect of macrophages on NK cells in tumor tissue,in order to provide more ideas for reprogramming macrophage phenotype,restoring NK cell anti-tumor immune ability and developing NK cell immunotherapy.
