摘要
根据浆砌片石挡土墙施工时出现的三种沉降缝质量问题,建立模型进行沉降和应力对比分析,得到以下结论:在地形、地质条件发生突变的位置必须设置沉降缝,且只有设置沉降缝之后才能将浆砌片石挡土墙的应力控制在其破坏应力值以内;浆砌片石挡土墙在地形、地质条件发生突变的位置不设置沉降缝时,其地形、地质条件发生突变位置的截面顶部附近将出现较大的拉应力,同时浆砌片石挡土墙的长度越长,其拉应力最大值越大;沉降缝上下不对齐将导致片石接触的位置产生较高的拉应力,极易造成搭接片石破坏。
According to the three types of settlement joint quality problems that occurred during the construction of masonry retaining walls,a comparative analysis model was established to compare settlement and stress,and the following conclusions were drawn:settlement joints must be set at locations where the topography and geological conditions have abrupt changes,and only after the settlement joint is set,the stress of the masonry retaining wall can be controlled within its failure stress value.When the masonry rubble retaining wall does not have settlement joints at the location where the topography and geological conditions have abrupt changes,there will be a large tensile stress near the top of the section where the topography and geological conditions have abrupt changes.At the same time,the longer the length of the mortar-stone retaining wall,the greater the maximum tensile stress.The misalignment of the settlement joints will cause higher tensile stress at the contact position of the rubble,which can easily cause damage to the overlapping rubble.
