SBS/橡胶粉透水沥青路面路用性能研究

摘要 以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)和橡胶粉(CR)、为原材料,配制4%的SBS三种不同比例(10%、15%和20%)的CR用于改性原沥青结合料,再采用马歇尔设计制作透水性沥青混凝土(PAC)试样。通过基本性能试验(针入度、软化点和黏度)、多应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)试验评价了沥青结合料性能;通过冻融劈裂试验、汉堡车轮跟踪试验、弹性模量试验和渗透系数试验评价了PAC沥青混合料性能。试验结果表明,添加SBS和CR降低了沥青的渗透系数,但显著改善了高温性能、抗车辙性以及弹性模量,最佳橡胶含量不得超过15%。同时,加入CR和SBS改性剂后,间接拉伸强度(ITS)和拉伸强度比(TSR)增加,复合改性提高了材料的抗湿稳定性和抗裂性。 By using styrene butadiene styrene(SBS)and rubber powder(CR),4%SBS and base asphalt with three different proportions(10%,15%and 20%)of CR to modify the original asphalt binder,the PAC sample was made by Marshall design.The basic performance test(penetration,softening point and viscosity)and multi stress creep recovery(MSCR)test are used to evaluate the performance of asphalt binder;The performance of PAC asphalt mixture is evaluated by freeze-thaw splitting test,Hamburg wheel tracking test,elastic modulus test and permeability coefficient test.The test results show that the addition of SBS and CR reduces the permeability coefficient,but significantly improves the high temperature performance,rutting resistance and elastic modulus.The optimum rubber content shall not exceed 15%.At the same time,the indirect tensile strength(ITS)and tensile strength ratio(TSR)increased after adding CR and SBS modifiers.The composite modification improved the moisture stability and crack resistance of the material.
