母乳中含有大量的维生素E,能满足新生儿早期生长发育的需要。维生素E具有抗氧化、维持生物膜完整性与稳定、维持红细胞完整性、调节免疫、预防早产儿贫血等作用。本文介绍了不同国家/地区母乳中维生素E的种类、含量、影响因素及其健康作用等,以期为婴幼儿配方奶粉的发展提供参考依据。

Human milk contains a large amount of vitamin E,which can meet the needs of early growth and development of newborns.Vitamin E can resist oxidation,maintain the integrity and stability of biofilm,maintain the integrity of red blood cells,regulate immunity and prevent anemia in premature infants.This paper introduces the types,contents,influencing factors and health effects of vitamin E in breast milk in different countries/regions,in order to provide reference for the development of infant formula milk powder.
