大化水电站左岸桥机清污抓斗改造设计探讨

摘要 针对大化水电站左岸桥机清污抓斗在水流湍急情况下不能下降到位及清污效果不理想的问题,笔者分析其产生的原因,并从清污抓斗设计方面提出可行的解决方案,拟对清污抓斗的配重装置、铲耙、支承装置、导向装置进行改造。通过改造设计,使清污抓斗在水流湍急情况下能下降至拦污栅前底槛,且清污抓斗的相关参数满足设计规范要求,确保清污抓斗在水流湍急或机组负荷过大时的清污能力。该改造方案可为同类清污设施改造设计提供借鉴和参考。 In view of the problem that the cleaning grab of the left bridge crane of Dahua Hydropower Station can not fall in place and the cleaning effect is not ideal under the condition of rapid water flow the author analyzes the causes and puts forward feasible solutions from the design of the cleaning grab.It is planned to transform the counterweight device scraper supporting device and guiding device of the cleaning grab.Through the transformation design the cleaning grab can fall to the front bottom sill of the trash rack under the condition of rapid water flow and the relevant parameters of the cleaning grab meet the requirements of the design specification so as to ensure the cleaning ability of the cleaning grab when the water flow is rapid or the unit load is too large.The transformation scheme can provide reference for the transformation design of similar cleaning facilities.
