摘要
Al ^(3+)、Cr ^(3+)、Fe ^(3+)、Ce ^(3+)对环境和生物体有重要影响,能同时检测这4种三价金属离子的荧光探针较为少见。以2-氨基蒽和对苯基苯甲醛制备了一种席夫碱类荧光探针Ⅰ,通过1HNMR、HRMS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。光谱分析实验结果表明,探针Ⅰ在四氢呋喃/水(V(THF)∶V(水)=1∶1)溶液中对三价金属Al ^(3+)、Cr ^(3+)、Fe ^(3+)和Ce ^(3+)具有较强荧光响应,有较高选择性和快速响应,且不受其他金属离子或阴离子影响,抗干扰能力强,检测的最适pH范围为5~9。结合高分辨质谱检测、紫外测试和理论计算,证实探针与三价金属的作用机理为:探针与三价金属作用后,分解生成2-氨基蒽,发出荧光。进一步将荧光探针负载于试纸条,成功实现对三价金属的试纸检测。
Al^(3+)、Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)、Ce^(3+)have important effects on the environment and organisms,fluorescent probes that can simultaneously detect these four trivalent metal ions are rare.A fluorescent probeⅠwas synthesized by Schiff base condensation of 2-aminoanthracene with biphenyl-4-carboxaldehyde,which had been carefully characterized by 1HNMR,HRMS and elemental analysis.The experimental results of spectroscopic analysis showed that probeⅠhas a high fluorescence response to trivalent metals Al^(3+)、Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)and Ce^(3+)in THF/H 2O(V(THF)∶V(H 2O)=1∶1).The probeⅠwas highly selective and rapid response to trivalent ions over other metal ions or anions and had a strong anti-interference ability.The optimum range of probeⅠwas pH 5~9.Based on high resolution mass spectrometry detection,ultraviolet detection and theoretical calculation results,probeⅠproposed decomposition into 2-aminoanthracene and emit fluorescence after interaction with the trivalent metal.Further,the fluorescent probeⅠwas loaded on the test strip to successfully detect the trivalent metal.
