复合益生菌发酵饲料对哺乳羔羊生长性能、血常规指标及血清免疫、抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本试验旨在研究复合益生菌发酵饲料对哺乳羔羊生长性能、血常规指标及血清免疫、抗氧化指标的影响。选择健康的15日龄湖羊羔羊48只,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只羊。各组羔羊随母哺乳并补饲颗粒料,对照组颗粒料中不含发酵饲料,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂含有5%、10%、15%发酵饲料的颗粒料。预试期5 d,正试期40 d。结果表明:1)试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组终末体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组平均日增重显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)试验Ⅱ组白细胞总数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组红细胞总数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组血红蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅲ组血清丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组血清总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组血清白细胞介素-6含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,颗粒料中添加10%复合益生菌发酵饲料可提高哺乳羔羊机体抗氧化能力和免疫力,提高平均日增重和终末体重。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound probiotic fermented feed on growth performance,blood routine indexes and serum immunity and antioxidant indexes of nursing lambs.Forty-eight healthy 15-day-old Hu lambs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 replicates in each group and 1 lamb in each replicate.All lambs were lactating with their mothers and supplemented with pellet feed,the pellet feed of the control group did not contain fermented feed,and the pellet feed of experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢcontained 5%,10%and 15%fermented feed,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 5 days and the experimental period was 40 days.The results showed as follows:1)the final body weight of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2)The white blood cell count of groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the red blood cell count of experimental groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hemoglobin content of experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The serum malondialdehyde content of experimental groupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum total antioxidant capacity of experimental groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of experimental groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The serum immunoglobulin G content of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the serum tumor necrosis factorαcontent of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-6 content of experimental groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 10%compound probiotic fermented feed to pellet feed can improve the antioxidant capacity and immunity of suckling lambs,and increase the average daily gain and final body weight.
