摘要
针对UV-LED辊涂亚光清面漆,从UV树脂、活性稀释剂、硬质填料、光引发剂和消光粉选择等方面进行探讨,通过实验论证以及辊涂设备应用测试,验证了其在工业化应用上的可行性。
UV-LED roller matt topcoat is discussed from the aspects of UV resin,active diluent,hard filler,photoinitiator and matting powder.The feasibility of its industrialized application is verified through experiment demonstrations and roller equipment application tests.
