摘要
针对渗透探伤废水的水质特点,以某企业10 m^(3)/d小型渗透探伤废水处理项目为实例,设计采用物化方法,利用接触氧化+多次絮凝沉淀+活性炭吸附+精滤-超滤的工艺处理,使出水达标排放。试运行结果表明,出水可以稳定达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》第二类污染物最高允许排放浓度的一级标准要求。其中,COD<100 mg/L,BOD_(5)<20 mg/L,悬浮物(SS)<70 mg/L,NH_(3)-H<70 mg/L,油类<15mg/L,色度<60。该废水处理系统每吨废水处理运行成本约为260元,具有良好的效益。
Aiming at the water quality characteristics of penetrant testing wastewater,as an example,a 10 m^(3)/d small penetrant testing wastewater treatment project in a certain enterprise was designed to make the effluent discharge to meet the standard by applying physicochemical methods,and the process of contact oxidation+multiple flocculation precipitation+activated carbon adsorption+fine filtration-ultrafiltration is used.The results showed that the quality of inspection wastewater met the first-level standard requirements of the maximum allowable discharge concentration of the second type of pollutants in“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB 8978_1996)after the treatment.The concentration of COD,BOD_(5),SS,NH_(3)-H,petroleum class and chromaticity was less than 100 mg/L,20 mg/L,70 mg/L,70 mg/L,15 mg/L and 60 respectively.The operation cost of the wastewater treatment system is about 260 yuan per ton,which has good benefits.
