摘要
为了扩展三丁酸甘油酯的应用,采用乳化法制作三丁酸甘油酯微胶囊,探究了海藻酸钠浓度、氯化钙浓度、水油相比对三丁酸甘油酯微胶囊的影响,并采用单因素分析方法和响应面法优化微胶囊的制备工艺。结果显示:三丁酸甘油酯微胶囊的最佳工艺为藻酸钠浓度1.46%、氯化钙浓度0.6%、水油相比1.16,此时包埋率理论上可达92.01%。
In order to expand the application of tributyrin,this paper adopted emulsification method to make tributyrin microcapsules,explored the influence of sodium alginate concentration,calcium chloride concentration and water-oil ratio on tributyrin microcapsules,and adopted response surface method to optimize the microcapsule process.Results showed the optimal technology of the microcapsule was sodium alginate concentration of 1.46%,calcium chloride concentration of 0.6%,water oil ratio of 1.16,and the embedding rate could reach 92.0076%theoretically.
