摘要
回归课堂教学事实即要增强教师的课堂教学意识,重视课堂教学体验,提高课堂教学认识水平,将课堂教学体验上升到教育理论层面。当前课堂教学实践中存在诸多问题,包括教育理论与教学实践相脱离、主体性发挥失衡、师生互动不畅、教学方式低效等。优化课堂教学实践的路径,需要从走向教育事实本身入手,找到理论与实践的融入点,充分关照教学主体性,革新师生互动关系,采用多元化的教学方式。
Returning to the facts of classroom teaching should enhance teachers′awareness of classroom teaching,attach importance to their classroom teaching experience,improve their level of classroom teaching awareness,and make classroom teaching experience rise to the level of educational theory.There are many problems in the current classroom teaching practice,including the separation of educational theory and teaching practice,the imbalance of classroom teaching subjectivity,the conflict between teachers and students,and the failure of classroom teaching methods.To optimize the path of classroom teaching practice,it is necessary to start from the perspective of moving towards the education itself,propose to find the integration point of theory and practice,fully pay attention to teaching subjectivity,innovate the interactive relationship between teachers and students,and adopt diversified teaching methods.
