乡村治理是国家治理的基础。实现乡村治理现代化,是推进国家治理现代化的必然要求。作为乡村治理现代化的重要组成部分,乡村治理能力现代化面临着主体协同能力不强、公共服务水平不高、高素质人才不足等问题。推进乡村治理能力现代化,需要坚持党的全面领导,提升多元主体协同自治能力,加强法治建设,优化基础公共服务,打造高素质、专业化的乡村治理队伍。

Rural governance is the foundation of national governance,and modernizing rural governance is an inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of national governance.Modernization of rural governance capacity is an important part of promoting the modernization of rural governance.At present,the modernization of China′s rural governance capacity is facing many dilemmas.Among them,the problems of insufficient synergistic ability of governance subjects,low level of public services,and insufficient high-quality talents are important factors restricting the modernization of rural governance.In order to promote the modernization of rural governance capacity,a series of measures should be taken,such as adhering to the overall leadership of the Party,enhancing the ability of rural pluralistic subjects to collaborate in self-governance,strengthening the construction of the rule of law,optimizing basic public services and creating high-quality and professional rural governance teams.
