摘要
从模压工艺方面研究了压制压力、压制温度、保压时间、热处理温度、热处理时间对地铁车辆用合成闸瓦力学及摩擦磨损性能的影响。采用正交试验法和一般试验相结合的方式,分析并确定了一组最佳的工艺条件,该工艺条件下,闸瓦冲击强度可达7.1 kJ/m^(2),磨耗量为0.21 cm^(3)/MJ。将本闸瓦与某进口闸瓦性能进行了比较,结果表明两者性能相当。
The effects of pressing pressure,pressing temperature,time,heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on mechanics and friction&wear properties of synthetic brake shoes for metro vehicles were studied from the aspect of molding process.By means of orthogonal test and general test,a set of optimal technological conditions were analyzed and determined.Under the technological conditions,the impact strength of brake shoe can reach 7.1kJ/m^(2),and the abrasion value is 0.21cm^(3)/MJ.The performances of brake shoe were compared with those of the imported one.The results show that the performances are comparable.
