基于数据分析提升破碎自动控制水平和安全策略

摘要 选矿厂破碎过程的自动控制的核心在于生产的连续、稳定、可靠。本文针对一具体生产过程中遇到的难点问题,结合通过对多耦合变量的分析与解耦,开发了一套故障诊断方法,在工业实践过程中取得较好效果。本方法通过对振动筛电流历史数据分析,采用PID控制,使振动筛与给矿频率形成闭环控制,保证振动筛的安全、高效运行;对大功率皮带电流历史数据分析,对比故障点电流数据,在自动控制平台编译脚本控制,显示报警信息,保证设备安全运行;对矿石块度数据分析,提升设备硬件、软件配置,对矿石粒级分析,为生产提供粒级数据,提供设备故障报警信息。 The core of automatic control of crushing process in a concentrator lies in continuous,stable and reliable production.In this paper,a set of fault diagnosis methods is developed based on the analysis and decoupling of multi-coupling variables to solve the difficult problems encountered in a specific production process,and good results are obtained in the process of industrial practice.By analyzing the current history data of the vibration screen and using the PID control,a closed-loop control is formed between the vibration screen and the feeding frequency to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vibration screen.To analyze the high power belt current history data,compare the fault point current data,compile script control in the automatic control platform,display alarm information,and ensure the safe operation of the device;The analysis of ore fragmentation data,the upgrading of equipment hardware and software configuration,the analysis of ore granularity,to provide granularity data for production,and to provide equipment failure alarm information.
