摘要
JW4G型接触网作业车在发动机停机状态下开启膨胀水箱盖后出现喷水现象,原因是前期复合散热器传动油上腔室泄露故障之前,上腔室内液压油、冷却水间隔板密封损坏发生泄露,液压油进入发动机冷却系统。处理传动油上腔室泄露故障时,换新了发动机冷却水,因未彻底清洗发动机冷却系统,新冷却水与遗留的液压油混合,车辆运行期间发动机高负荷状态下冷却系统温度较高,液压油与冷却水中的添加剂发生化学反应产生高压水蒸气,高压水蒸汽进入膨胀水箱内,挤压冷却水发生喷水故障。为查明隔板渗漏原因,对工作状态下液压油散热器实际压力进行测试,测试结果表明产品自身承压能力不足。针对承压能力不足的问题,提出改进措施建议。
When JW4G OCS operation vehicle opened the expansion water tank cover when the engine was stopped,water spray occurred.The reason was that before the upper chamber of transmission oil of composite radiator leaked,the sealing of hydraulic oil and cooling water partition plate in the upper chamber was damaged and leaked,and the hydraulic oil entered the engine cooling system.When dealing with the leakage fault of the upper chamber of transmission oil,the engine cooling water was replaced.Because the engine cooling system was not thoroughly cleaned,the new cooling water was mixed with the remaining hydraulic oil.During the vehicle running,the temperature of the cooling system was high under high load,and the hydraulic oil chemically reacted with additives in the cooling water to produce high-pressure water vapor,which entered the expansion water tank,and the extrusion cooling water had a water spray fault.In order to find out the reason of diaphragm leakage,the actual pressure of hydraulic oil radiator under working condition was tested,and the test results showed that the pressure-bearing capacity of the product itself was insufficient.Aiming at the problem of insufficient pressure bearing capacity,the improvement measures are put forward.
